Counting today, we are officially 12 days from beginning our journey to Israel!!!
We received our group booklet in the mail this weekend, and in it is the 'gameplan' for our trip. The places we are visiting, the cities we are visiting, scriptures that correspond to those places, etc.!
In a nutshell, we are moving in a big 'O' shape. Beginning in Tel Aviv, we will make our way south into the Negev, the follow the Dead Sea to Jerusalem. Spending several days in Jerusalem we will spider web out from that spot on several day trips. Then we will follow the Jordan River up to the Sea of Galilee for several days. From there, we start our journey back as we head to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in Caesarea, to Mount Carmel, and ultimately back to Tel Aviv.
